Alot of things has been said and im just glad someone feels the same way i do.
Sometimes,its just really helpful to talk to your best friend about your problems.
You never know.He/she might have the same problem too.
We made a promise and i know both of us are keeping to it.

After all the talking,i can finally see whats clear in front of me.

Stayed at home all day today.

Wow.I have to admit.It's really intriguing.
Never thought that i would really get hooked.
Still have a couple of episodes on season 2 to watch.

First off.

Well,today was 'O' level results day.
God,i can't tell you how
disappointed i am with myself.
It was probably the most
disappointing day of my life.
My results were okay.Got mostly B's and stuff but.
What threw me off was how badly i did for my
english.
I knew i screwed it up but i
didnt know it was that bad.
I was expecting at least a B4 but shockingly yet
deservingly,i got a C6.
And
english was suppose to be one of my best subjects so.
Its the kind of feeling where let's say you are good in soccer.
You know you are so good because people have been praising you and even your coach praises you but.
When the time comes for the selection of the team,you didn't make it.
That's how i feel about my
english.
Im not trying to show off or anything but even my
english teacher told me that i have the potential to get a distinction.
Even if i didn't get a
distinction,at least a B3.Never a C6.
I guess me going to a
JC is just not meant to be.
Maybe i was just meant to go to a poly.
Who knows,maybe
i'll do much better there.
Oh god,i really cant put into words how
disappointed i am with myself.
Anyway,went out with Nick,
Saiful,
Jannah,
Diniy &
Fatin to compass point.
Walked around a little before going to Pizza Hut to grab a bite.
Talked about our results and what we wanted to do and stuff.

Went out for soccer in the morning to release my anger.
It was fun.Finally managed to relax after yesterday.
Went to Point to eat and headed home.
Was about to watch 90210 online but suddenly got a call from my dad.
Changed and went out with my mum and dad to
Toa Payoh.
Then suddenly they said they were gonna get me a gift.
Apparently they are really proud of my results and they wanted to get me a gift for my results.
I couldn't really understand why they were proud.I thought my results were crap.
Oh well.Finally found the perfect gift.
Thanks so much mum and dad.Its just what i needed.
Then i heard something that just made me so proud of being their child.
They said that they are gonna support me whatever i decided to do and that they were really proud of me.
I know its not much but.Just hearing that from your parents really mean so much to me.
Anyway,went to eat dinner and headed home after that.
I was reading back on some of the stuff that i wrote on my blog and i found this.
"It's not how hard you hit.It's how hard you can keep getting hit."
It suddenly struck me.It's exactly the situation i am in.
I was hit really hard by my results and its only up to me if i want to move on or keep thinking about it.
And now,after looking back,
i'm finally moving on.
It's about time i wake up and start realising that what i do will affect my future.
Its not always fun and games.
Thank God for making me realise my path and what i should do.
It's time that i grow up from a boy to a man.

Went out with Nick,
Hariz,
Fadly,
Diniy and
Fatin to town.
Me,
Fadly and Nick met up at
Hougang before taking the train to Orchard.
Went to
cineleisure and ate at
Esteler 72 i think.Some
indonesian restaurant that Nick introduced to us.
It was actually not that bad.
Hariz,
Diniy and
Fatin finally joined us and we bought the tickets to watch
Ong Bak 2.
It was actually not that bad really.
Here's what i think about the movie.(Spoiler alert!)
Well,its about the life of this guy played by Tony
Jaa.
It shows him when he was young and how he grew up.
And that he learned martial arts and that he was suppose to be the most deadliest guy on earth if he holds any weapon.
So he takes revenge by killing all those who had
totured him and those who killed his parents.
Then as the show goes on,it has twists in the story where he gets
back stabbed and stuff.
Well,my rating for the movie is 7/10.
And the only reason why i gave a 7 is because of the cool martial arts moves.
They were really creative to incorporate animal style martial arts like tiger and the crow.
And the visual effects were really good.It made all the blood and killing look so real.
But other than that,it was really horrible.
The storyline was weak and what was worst was that he died in the end.
The story kinda revolves about him trying to get back his childhood girlfriend and surprisingly.
She only came out in one scene when they are grown up.What the hell!
And after that,he died.Its really boring and weak.
If you guys are interested in watching all the cool martial arts and stuff,then its really worth it.
Other than that,do not waste your money.
Appropriate price to watch the movie=$6.Period.
Anyway,me,
Hariz,
Fadly and Nick went around to look for a good place to eat dinner while
Diniy and
Fatin took off.
Finally found a place and it
wasnt that bad.Walked around town and talked for awhile before taking the train home.
All of us stopped at
Sengkang and Nick and
Hariz headed home while me and
Fadly went to hang at Starbucks.
It was nice.We talked about
alot of stuff.
Its great.I think people should just sit down,relax and talk more.Most people don't really do that nowadays.
Took off from Starbucks at around 11.30pm and took the bus home.
Was pretty shagged so i slept as soon as i got home.

Well,I stayed home all day today to do some research on the courses.
Finally decided on all the courses that i am interested and submitted my choices.
So hopefully i get what i want.
Finally found the time to catch up with Heroes,90210 and Reaper.
And

I was bored so i finally watched Gossip Girl after

TODAY WAS REALLY FUN!.And tiring of course.
Haha.
Like i wrote before,I went to
Sentosa today.
Met up with Shaun,Li
Qin and Nikki first at around 10+.
Took the train to
Vivo.
Ate breakfast at Burger King and talked.And
btw,i eat
relly fast okay.
Haha.
Bought some stuff at the
Vivo mart before taking the monorail to
Sentosa.
There wasn't much people there surprisingly.Maybe its because the hols are over.Oh well.
Went to
Siloso Beach cause apparently it was the most popular among the 3 beaches.
We
didnt really do much at first since there were very little people.Just soaked in the water and stuff.
Venus and Chan finally joined us after a while.
Then we had 'Competitive' volleyball match.
Haha.
The girls won the first round.But for the subsequent second and third one,the ALPHA MALES won!.
Haha.
And the girls were really sore losers.Hahaha.Especially Ve...Haha.(Kidding!)
They cheated
alot.They keep changing the scores and stuff.And put nails at our side of the court!.
Haha.
Then Venus and Li
Qin had to leave for school for the
CCA orientation.
So me,Shaun,Nikki and Chan went over to
Palawan Beach to walk around.
Apparently there's a tower there where it claimed to be the most Southern part of Asia or something like that.
Haha.
So we kinda went to the tower just so that we could be the 4 people who were at the most Southern part of Asia.
Haha.
Then we walked and talked.Apparently we walked to the end of
Palawan Beach so we decided to walk all the way to the other beach which name i forgot.
Tanjong? beach or something like that.
Then Nikki started complaining that we might lose our valuables since we left it at Palawan.Haha.Anyway Nikki,apology accepted.
The walking and talking was really fun.But it was kinda interrupted by the painful road.
We kinda walked barefoot so it was really painful.
It felt like those parks near your houses where they had this pathway with rocks.
And it said that it was good because it help with your blood circulation when you walked on them.
Those things are painful right?.Well,the road was even worse.
Haha.
I tried to follow the movies where they said "Find your inner chi and you will feel no pain."
Well,inner chi my ass.Haha.It hurt pretty bad.
So we walked all till the end of the other beach and then took the tram back to
Palawan.
Threw some football,played a little soccer and a little more volleyball and then we headed for the showers.
Then met up with Nikki's friend and took the train home.
Then suddenly Eunice called me and asked me to go for her primary school class chalet.
I was bloody shagged so i
didnt go.Sorry Eunice.

Well,i know Saturday's usually soccer day for me but.
Not today.Woke up at about 5.30am to accompany my dad to KL.
Was really tired but what the hell.
My dad has a company in KL.
Dont ask me what he does cause i myself have no
friggin idea.
He goes up there every week.Some business contract thing.
Was suppose to help my dad to keep him awake while driving.
But,i kinda fell asleep instead.
Haha.
Reached there at around 10.30 or so.
Met up with a few of my father's staff.
Then he told me to follow one of them.Was bloody weird.I barely know him and
i'm suppose to follow him around.
It turned out to be okay in the end.He was kinda friendly and stuff.
But i was still nervous cause i Malay sucks to the core and they
maily speak Malay so.
I kinda had a hard time.At some point where i didn't understand i just went "
Mmhmm" and hope that he didn't realise.
Haha.
So i met up with some of my dad's business partners and stuff.Felt really out of place.
It was actually only suppose to be a one day thing but plans changed so i had to stay over.
Checked in to a hotel which was directly beside the best mall ever in KL!
Had
alot of stuff there which was very much like Singapore.Finally felt a little at home.
Haha.
Didnt really do much shopping though.Was mostly out with my dad's staff.
Went out for dinner.More business and finally went back to the hotel at around 1am.
Watched a little bit of the Liverpool and Stoke match but finally fell asleep.

Was suppose to wake up early for the free breakfast at the hotel which ended at 10.30am.
And true enough i woke up at 10.30.Haha.
So i kinda roll around in bed and watched TV while my dad was off to a meeting.
Finally found the
energy to bathe and went for brunch at the mall just beside.
Had Australian Beef
Casserole,Creme
Brule and a chocolate milkshake.YUMMY!.
Best brunch i had so far.
Met up with my dad after brunch and off we went home.
Reached Singapore around 7.30pm.
Oh,it's good to be home.
Haha.
Tmrw is the 'O' level results!.Oh god.
Feeling slightly nervous right now.

First of.
Wednesday,7
th January 2009:
Its the last day of sec1 orientation.Woke up at around 5.30 just so that i can reach school at 7.
Met up with the rest and off we went to the Botanical Gardens.
It was really nice.Its my first time there so.
And it kinda look like
Punggol Park.Just bigger.
Haha.
Couldnt really walk around much as
im the station master for a game.
My game was kinda easy?.And i didn't really have much teams coming to my station so.
It was more like a picnic to me.
Haha.
Just sat down under a tree and watch other people play soccer and stuff.
But i must say,it was a hell lot of fun.When some of the groups did come to my station,they really had a blast so.Its okay.
And i suddenly realised that Danial is quite a common name.
I found out there was 3 Danial there.And one of them was a teacher.
Just that their names were spelt in E instead of A.
Headed back to school after that.Had picture time with the sec 1s and stuff.
To tell you the truth,i kinda miss them.They're just so small and funny.
Had a small briefing which turned into somewhat like a boxing match.Haha.Shall not go into details.
Was dismissed so me and
Fadly went to the canteen to eat with
Zi Yang and
Yisin.
It was the first time i ate the new Yong Tau
Fu stall.It was okay.Not really a big fan of Yong Tau
Fu though.
We talked
alot!.It was really fun.Especially the topics we talked about(
Im sure you guys who was in the conversation know what i mean).

Left with
Fadly and followed him to his house.Decided to play pool with Nick.
So i waited for
Fadly under his block and suddenly fell asleep.

And when i woke up,
Fadly told me that i can get fined sleeping at the void deck.

Hougang Plaza.Played pool for like an hour or so.

Hougang Mall to eat.Ate

Fadly and Nick started talking.It was heartbreaking yet relieving and hilarious.Again,shall not go into details.
I guess its just good to let it all out.

reults will be out on Monday!.God.

I've Been Housing All This Doubt
Went out with my mum today in the afternoon.
Accompanied her to the salon to do her hair.
Waited for like 2 long hours before it was done.But at least i managed to finally read half of 'The Alchemist'.
Had that book for years now and i still haven't finish reading it.
Haha.
Had a quick lunch and nap before meeting the gang at
Hougang Interchange.
Met up with
Fadly,
Hariz,
Diniy and
Fatin and took the bus 27 all the way to
Changi Airport.
WELCOME BACK NICK!Finally saw Nick after like 1 and a half months?.
Was really hungry so we went to Burger King to eat.
Didn't do much there.Nick had to go home early because he bought satay for his auntie and uncle.
Haha.
So,shared a cab home with them and that's about it.
Im really excited about
tmrw.Its the fourth and final day of the sec1 orientation and guess what.
We are going to the Botanical Gardens for an amazing race.Haven't been there for years so.
I guess
im quite excited.Its definitely gonna be fun.
The down side is that i have to wake up extra early just so that i can reach school at 7.
What a way to enjoy the holidays by waking up early.WOOHOO!(Not!).Haha.

I've Given Up On Giving Up Slowly
Today was another day in school.
Went back to help out in the sec1 orientation.It's the second day today so.
And yes,it was much much more fun than the first day.
I guess they just need some time to warm up.
Played
alot of games today.There was like the letter game which was fun.
Erm,the classic fire,hunter and earthquake.And the straw? game.
Haha.
The straw game was the most fun i guess.They had to pass a rubber band to each other with the straws that they put in their mouth.
It was really hilarious.Disturbed the sec1s more instead of actually helping them.
Haha.
I have to say,the sec1s this year are actually quite bonded.And fun.I think they are really a good batch.
Played
Wii after that at the prefects room.How cool is that?
We have a Nintendo
Wii in our school.
Haha.
Played boxing and tennis.Everyone was laughing when Alvin played boxing.
It looked more like a
catfight than anything else.
Haha.
Helped out with the logistics and stuff and headed home.
Anyway,i just wanna say good job to the game leaders today.
I think you guys did a good job.Well done.
Didnt have anything better to do just now so went online to check meanings of songs.
You'll be surprised to really see how people interpret songs.
Its actually quite nice.
Check those songs that has a really deep meaning like 'Thunder" or "Remembering Sunday" or "Iris".

My Desperate Endeavor
Woke up around 12.30 today.Didn't do much.
Watched
tv all the way.Managed to watch 'A Cinderella Story' on Channel 5 for the umpteenth time.
Haha.
Its a really nice movie.Its really worth watching.
Managed to watch American Idol too.But they were showing the marathon of season 6.The one where
Jordin Sparks won.
What was fun about watching it was only the auditioning part.It was really hilarious.
There were
alot of weird people on the show.And i mean
ALOT.
Haha.
Went out with mum and sis to
Vivo after that to find a birthday gift and have dinner.
Finally bought a few tops from
Topman.It was 2 for $29.How could i resist?.
Haha.
Ate dinner while talking about my future.You know,whether i want to go poly or
JC.And if i chose to go poly,which course i wanted to take.
To tell you the truth,bloody hell,its really scary.
The thing about
JC is that it is definitely much more tougher than poly.But,you
dont have to choose a career path now.You can actually wait 2 more years to decide on it.
However,being in poly means you have to choose your career path at this point of your lives.The course you choose determines what you are gonna be in the future.
But,the good thing is,its much more relaxed than
JC.
So,
im still in a dilemma right now.I know that not all people end up being what they chose when they were in school.
Like for example,somebody may take Law & Management in poly but end up being a golf coach.It's a totally different path.
And yes,people may end up more successful when they end up in a career way different than what they studied.
But its not always a fairytale ending for some.They might actually do worse and suffer.
So the question is,am i willing to take that risk?.
And the answer to that question is,i
dont know.I
dont know if
im ready yet.
I've always liked the idea of having control of my future until it started happening.
Now it's just scary and complicating.Or maybe
im the one that is making things complicated.

dont know.I guess only time can tell.

Like i said,Saturday is soccer day.
Set my alarm at 7 but eventually woke up at 9.45.Hahaha.
Well,there were definitely much more people than last week.
And me and Chan have this kinda thing.
Everytime i come,he leaves.
Haha.
Nothing exciting really happened though.
Played with other older people.I think it was the same group of people we played with last week.
And like last week,we trashed them again.Pretty bad actually.The final score was like 7-0 or something like that.
Ate at
Hougang Point and went home straight after to get changed for the party later on.
Met up with Wen
Hao first then went to
AMK Mrt station to meet Eunice.
Btw Eunice,told you it
wasnt gonna be awkward.
Well,among us that is.But super awkward with
Fadhliyanna.(
Dont worry if you cant really pronounce her name properly.I've known her for 6 years and i still can't do it and neither can Wen
Hao).
Haha.
Took the train to
Bugis.Well,the party was actually our primary school friend sweet 16.
It was weird that she invited us
because we haven't talked in ages.Oh well.
The party was kinda fun i guess.
We were the first one there!.And i thought we were late.
So we waited for like an hour or so before the party actually started.
It was actually kinda classy.The party was held poolside so it had a really nice atmosphere.
And the theme was
Bollywood Nite but we didn't really follow it though.
So the party was kinda rocking before the DJ actually started speaking.
He
wasn't that bad.What was bad was that what came out of his mouth was about 95%
Tamil.
So we were like 'What?!' all the way.And we did cheer and gave a little '
WOOHOO!' at times.Just didn't know if we did it at the right time.
Haha.
The food were also all
indian so we didn't know half of what we were eating.
Luckily there was dancing in the end so it wasn't that bad.And again,it was all
Indian song so.Me and Wen
Hao just danced like some idiot.
Haha.
Then me,Wen
Hao and Eunice left the place and walked all the way to
Suntec.
We actually stopped by
Haji Lane near
Bugis cause Eunice said that there were some cool shops there.It was all closed by the time we got there.
But i have to admit,the place was quite happening.There were a few clubs there and places where you can smoke '
Shisha'.Should try to go there one day.
Well anyway,went to
Suntec to catch 'Seven Pounds' at around 11.50pm.
It was okay i guess.Here's how the story goes(Spoiler alert!)
Its about this guy named Ben Thomas which is played by Will Smith.
He is a rich,successful man with a loving wife.
He was very happy with his life when suddenly he got into an accident where his wife was killed along with 7 other people in the bus which crashed into Ben's car.
So he lives on and he acts like he is working in the IRS.
He actually helps those people who are only nice.
Like once,he gave part of his liver to a man.He also did a bone marrow transplant to another person.
And something else which i forgot.
Everytime he finds a person with a problem,he would ask around to see if that person is nice.If that person is nice,he would help them.
Like he got very close to a woman who has this heart problem.And they were in love.But the woman might die if she
doesnt have a heart transplant.
This other guy who is blind,is actually a very nice guy too.
And this other woman with kids is being abused by her husband.
So Ben actually gave his beach house to his lady and her family to get away from her husband.
Then committed suicide by getting stung by his pet jellyfish.But told the doctor that he would donate his eyes to the blind man and donate his heart to the lady before committing suicide.
So
thats basically how the story ends.
Well,my rating for the show is 7.5/10.It was a good movie,just not as good as Will Smith's other movie which is 'Pursuit Of
Happynees'.Though it was about the same,i still don't think it was up to par.
The story was kinda difficult to understand.It didn't really explain clearly why he actually did all this stuff.
And why he only helps good people.If it were to explain much clearer,it would definitely have been much better.
But the storyline was something different.It was an original.
And Will Smith as always was fantastic.But maybe not an
Oscar-winning performance.
So those of you who are thinking of watching it,my advice is watch it only if you like movies like 'Pursuit Of
Happyness' and stuff.
Those movies that are kinda touching and moving.
Worth your $6 or $7.50 but not worth
ur $9.50 or $10.
It was good,just not good enough.

Well,it was actually really fun.Its good being the big brother to the little ones i guess?.

Played a few games with them.As expected,some were really quiet.But some were really fun.
I guess we just have to give them more time to fit in.
The next orientation will be on Monday.Hopefully they will be more comfortable by then?

Went to had brunch at

Fadly.
Talked
alot there.I laughed until i cried.
Im serious.The joke was really funny.
But the others weren't really laughing.So maybe just really funny for me?.Haha.I don't know.
Me and
Fadly went off for prayers where we met up with the rest of the gang.
Decided to go Compass after that.Was trying to go survey the prices of guitar lessons there.
Bloody hell!.It was really expensive.
Haha.
Ate at Burger King before me and
Hariz went to a store to play Rock Band!
Oh god!.It was loads of fun.
It was really difficult but i guess i got the hang of it in the end.
Played the drums while
Hariz played the guitar.
Those of you who are interested to buy,i think you really should.
Its really loads of fun.And besides,i can play for free at your house instead of paying $10 for 2 hours of play.*wink*.Haha.
But it was really worth the $10 though.
Took a bus back home and
thats about it.
Talked to a few people online.Made a new club out of thin air(You guys whom i talked to would know what i mean).

Didnt really do much today.Woke up at around 12.45?
Watched 90210 all the way cause they had like the marathon on Channel V.
Went out for dinner with my family and bought some stuff too.
Headed home after that and watched 'Rocky Balboa' on HBO.
It was really a touching movie.It had this line which really made me think.
This is what Rocky Balboa said to his son:
"It's not how hard you hit.But how hard you can keep getting hit."
Or something like that.
Im not too sure.
Haha.
But if you really think about it,it really makes
alot of sense.
Its not all about pushing yourself.Its about being able to take all the problems,punishment and detours and still have the ability to push on.
It is about getting up and pushing on forward when you get thrown to the ground.
That is much more important.Well,that is how i look at it anyway.
And another thing.I read something in
Mens Health which really made me think.
It had an article about people writing out their New Years Resolution.
What it said was that why do people need to wait until new years before they actually make the effort to change all their bad habits and character.
Yes,i do agree that it is better late than never but.What if that bad habit and character that you had all along actually affected a big part of your life in 2008.
Like say you have a bad temper.And this bad temper of yours always gets you fired from your job.And it
doesnt only happen in one job,it happens on all the jobs that you have worked in.
Do you actually wait till New Years to change or actually change straight away when you realise the problem?.
So i guess what it is trying to say is that people should act on things when it happens at first.Not when you keep procrastinating and finally realise that you need to change and that is during New Years.
When you have a problem,act on it fast.
Dont procrastinate.
So i guess form now on,no more New Years resolution for me.If i have a bad habit or character,i change it at that time.Not after a whole year.
Oh well.I really have this feeling that 2009 will be a big year.Hopefully it will be a good one.Till then.

Hello 2009!
Today was really awesome!.Though it wasn't the countdown that i imagined but it was still fun.
Celebrated with my dearest family this year.
Well,we didn't really do much.It was SUPER crowded over at City Hall.
Could barely squeeze through the massive crowd.
Intended to go Esplanade at first to catch the fireworks,but after looking at the amount of people there,plans changed.Haha.
Finally settled at the field opposite Suntec since alot of people were gathering there.
My family kinda has this problem with fireworks every year.Everytime we go out to catch the fireworks,it was either blocked by buildings or we could only see bits and pieces of it.
But this year,clear view!.Haha.
The fireworks were really beautiful.Couldn't tell the difference between last year's and this year.It all looked the same.Haha.But it was really nice.

Went for dinner at Bugis after that.Ate Briyani.It was really nice.Went home after that.Reached home at about 1.45 a.m.Actually,what made the day awesome wasn't the countdown.
It was something that happen when i was sleeping.
Believe it or not,i dreamt that i was dating Beyonce!
How bloody cool is that?.It seems that my childhood dream has really come true.Haha.
Believe me,its every boy's fantasy to be dreaming about Beyonce.Finally!My prayers have been answered!.Haha.
Well,it all started out when i suddenly saw Beyonce in front of me.Smoking hot as usual.
And i was kinda like a London bloke.I had this british accent and stuff.
So i went up to her and did my thing and suddenly i was carrying her and the scene changed to a water theme park.
Along the way she was like singing one of her songs which i cant remember what and then i told her that i liked 'If I Were A Boy' and she sang in to me while in my arms!.Haha.
Then suddenly i like threw her into the pool?.Haha.And i jumped in as well of course.
Played the rides and stuff and the scene suddenly changed to a mall where she was signing autograph and stuff.
After that,unfortunately,damn it,i woke up.Haha.
I know its kinda lame but one can dream right?.Haha.
Step away boys,she's mine!.Haha.
Oh god,if only that was true.Oh well.Hope i'll have the same dream again today(*crosses fingers*).Haha.
What a way to start the new year.
Guess i have to write out my new year's resolution for 2009.
