Though i said i would keep in touch on the net when i was away,i didn't and i apologise for that.
I was either too tired to blog or i didn't had my laptop with me at that time.
Anyway,got back on Sunday night.
Well i have to say,it was kinda fun there in KL.
That's because we always went to like malls and stuff and it felt just like home.
Did a little shopping there.I went around to find the perfect pair of jeans for like two days and in two really big malls.
Finally found one at Topman which i could have easily found in Singapore.Haha.
Oh,and i got a soccer for only like 17RM from an Adidas store.
How cool is that?!.Apparently they had like a huge sale there and lo and behold,they had like 50% off on the ball.
And i also got a tshirt at BodyGlove.I'm not sure if they have a store here in SG.
Its kinda like those Billabong kinda store.
Yeah,thats about it i guess.
I didn't take much pictures while i was there so,don't think i'll post any.
Anyway,played soccer today.
It was only me,Fadly,Saiful and Luqman so.
It was kinda boring.And what made it worse was that Fadly's and Luqman's ball got stolen.
I know,i know.It sounds wrong.Haha.
But yeah.We were kinda sitting and was being blocked by this wall.
And the balls were at the opposite end of the court.
So some lucky arsehole manage to sneak in quietly and took the balls away.
Damn you arsehole.
Well,we went round the blocks and also to Point to hopefully find that arsehole.No luck there.
But,we manage to find Liyana there.Haha.
Haven't seen her for a long time so.It was good that we managed to catch up.
Went back to the court to play more soccer and went home after that.
Well,going out tmrw to Pasir Ris for sushi with the gang plus Claria and Zahidah so.
Really up for it.

Well guys,i'm going off to Malaysia tmrw.
Going to KL with my family.
I'm actually kinda lazy to go but yeah.

Stripped And Polished I Am New I Am Fresh



I don't know why.
I just have this hatred that i've been keeping for awhile right now.
It's been really hard not to say anything.
I feel like getting it out in the open to this person but i just can't.
Maybe i'm not a good friend for not telling this person.
Or maybe i am a good friend by keeping this to myself and not tell this person.
I don't know.
There's just so many things that are running through my head right now.
I'm like in a bloody dilemma and i hate to be in this position.
I guess for now,i'm just keeping my mouth shut.
We'll see how it goes.Maybe it'll get better.

Cause I'm Being Taken Over By The Fear



Truth be told,i'm still not over the lost of United against Liverpool.
It's just plain humiliating.
A one goal margin was still respectable.But 3 goal margin?!
Argh!.Don't want to talk about it anymore.
Anyway,went to NP on Monday to do the programming of my laptop.
It took like 2 hours to finish.Watched Twilight while waiting.
It was my first time watching that movie.Really cool.
Though i expected much better due to the big hype and all.
But overall,it was a good movie.
Went to AMK to meet my dad after that.
He called me and told me that there was like a good sale at Sportslink.
And true enough,it was a really good sale.
They had like shoes from Adidas and Nike for as low as like $50.
Definitely worth checking out.It's at AMK near the POSB bank.Level 3.
Bought a shoe there.My dad bought like two Nike shoes for himself.Haha.

Went out with Fadly,Saiful and Wen Hao on Tuesday.
Went to Wen Hao's cousin filming thing and we volunteered to act as the audience.
It was bloody hilarious.We thought that we were just there to watch the show but apparently we were suppose to act as audiences.
And i really mean 'ACT' as audiences.
They filmed the dancers at first which took really long and was kinda boring.
But it was really hilarious when they started to film us.
They wanted us to look like we were enjoying and having fun without like anyone performing on stage.
How the bloody hell were we suppose to do that.
At first when they said action,we and other bunch of people were like all silent.
We were like nodding our heads and tried to to enjoy ourselves.
But nobody spoke like anything.
Then some guy went "Woah!Hao kan!".
Oh god.I couldn't stop laughing at that point of time.
And what's worst was that the camera was pointing at us.
So i basically just tried to hide my face behind this guy who was sitting in front of me.
I swear to god i couldn't stop laughing for like a few minutes.
Then they started playing music and stuff and then it turned to more like a club than us 'pretending' to watch a show.
Then they started filming this Auntie where she was suppose to stand up and clap.
She wasn't suppose to look at the camera when she did that but as always.
She kept looking at the camera.
So we did like a few takes on just the Auntie standing up and clapping.
But overall,it turned out to be really fun in the end.
Then we went to Marina Square to catch a movie.Watched 'The Race To Witch Mountain'.
Will do the review later on.
Played pool and stuff and then went back home.

Didn't really do much on Wednesday.
Went back to Hougang Sec to help out with basketball.
Took my O' Level report and went home after that.
That's about it.

Went out with Zahidah,Zakiah,Fadly,Luqman,Saiful and Nick on Thursday.
We caught 'Street Fighter:The Legend Of Chun Li' at Cathay.
Will do the review later on too.
We went to eat at burger king before that.
Me,Fadly and Nick got the Double Whopper which was bloody huge.
Took us an hour to finish our meal and stuff.
Took a bus to Marina Square after that.Wanted to play bowling but was full.
So we didn't.Then there was a fashion show going on there.
Super cool.Managed to catch part of of it.
Then Zahidah had to go home so we left.
Fadly and me went to Compass Point instead.
Sat at Starbucks as usual and just talked.
Went home just in time to catch Hell's Kitchen.

Had a soccer match after prayers against Serangoon Sec.
Won them 5-2.
It was a heated match.There were tackles that flew in and arms that were swinging.
And true enough,everybody hates losing.
But what people hate more are sore losers.
There was this guy who was a bloody sore loser.
Couldn't stand him at all.There was a big argument between me and him for awhile.
He was like blaming the referee and blaming us all the way.
When in fact,the one to blame is himself.
You can bitch all you want about how bad the referee is and how your opponents play but in the end,the only person you can blame is yourself.
That is how successful people think.
And he kept talking thrash and stuff.
With a big mouth like that,your skills better be as good.
If it's not,like that guy,then you either put up or shut up.
In soccer,you let your feet do the talking.Not your mouth.
Such a bloody idiot.

Anyway,on to the movie reviews.
First off, 'The Race To Witch Mountain'.
It was a really good movie.
Basically,it was about this guy named Jack Bruno who is played by Dwayne 'The Rock' Johnson who is a cab driver.
One day,there's this two teenagers who took his cab and travelled to an unknown destination.
Along the road,Jack finds out that these two teenagers aren't exactly teenagers.
They were aliens who were on earth to find some thing that can help save their planet.
Unknowingly,there were a few government agents who were after them as well as this alien assassin who wanted to capture the two alien teenagers.
With Earth and the alien planet at stake,Jack will do whatever it takes to protect the teenagers in order to protect earth.

Well,my rating for this movie is a 7.5/10.
It was good.It had a good storyline.
Good actors and actresses.Good CGI.
It had romance,comedy,suspense,mystery all in one.
How much to spend on this movie?.
I think it's worth the weekend tickets.

Well,for the second movie which is 'Street Fighter:Legend Of Chun Li',i really do not want to do a review about it because it just plainly sucked.
One of the most boring movie ever.
I only give props to them for casting Kristin Kruek and Edmund Chen.
Other than that,zit.
Rating,about 4.5/10.
Price to watch it?
Not worth watching at all.

Hey guys.
Well,finally saw my poly for the first time ever yesterday.
And i have to say,it's really REALLY huge.
I mean.You have to be there to know how huge it is.
It was cool.Met up with Saiful first and took 74 to the school.
It was quite a long ride though.About an hour and fifteen?
Did the eye color test which was done in like 5 mins.
Then we went to the convention center to check out the laptop sales and stuff.
Ended up playing somewhat like CS.
I mean,shooting games on a Mac?
How could we resist.Haha.
Left the school and went to Suntec to check out the IT fair.
Okay guys.Honestly.
BUY YOUR LAPTOP FROM THE SCHOOL!
It's much more cheaper and it has better specs.
It's really much more worth it to buy from the school.
Went around the fair for awhile.It had like 5 storeys of IT stuff.And it's really packed.
Didn't buy anything from there.So we headed home after that.

Well,went to Republic Poly with Luqman and Saiful today.
I must say,Republic Poly is really nice.
It's more high-tech and stuff.And the buildings are much nicer than Ngee Ann's.
Had lunch there.Western food.
Had rice with chicken and potato wedges,coleslaw and a drink for only $4!
$4!
And,went we went in to the restaurant,there was a filming thing going on.
Truth be told,the actress was really pretty.Haha.
I mean,REALLY pretty.
Oh well.Went to Ngee Ann after that to buy my laptop.
Bought the Acer one.Not bad.Really nice.
Headed to Plaza Sing after that to meet my mum.It was like an hour ride from Bukit Batok Mrt to Dhoby Ghaut.
Walked around for awhile and then back home.
Using my new laptop now.All i can say is,WOW!

Hey guys.
Well,went to the gym today.
Met up with Reena(for the first time) at around 10.35ish.
Was actually suppose to meet between 9.30 to 10 but.
I guess both of us are late.Hahaha.
So,kinda train a bit till Edwin,Fadly and Nick came.
Then it was intensive weight training.Haha.
Till now,i can really feel the soreness in my arms.But hey.Whatever it takes right?
No pain-No gain!.Haha.
Left with Fadly and Reena while Edwin and Nick continued to train.
Walked to mall and talked along the way.
Talked about color pencils.Hahaha.
Did you know that there are color pencils which costs $400?!
I mean like.Bloody hell.Haha.
With $400,i could have bought a Mercurial Vapor SL.My dream boots!!


Anyway,ate at Pastamania.
Waited for like half an hour just to get the 30% student discount.Haha.
Had Spaghetti Meatballs and a large Ice Tea.
Well there goes all the training down the drain.Haha.

It was okay.There were not many people there so.
It was kinda boring.

I'm going to Ngee Ann Poly tmrw for the check up and laptop convention thing so.
It's my first time there.

Hey guys.
I was trying to change the song on my blog.
From The Fray's 'You Found Me' to T.I's 'Dead And Gone'.
Guess what?.
Everything went horribly wrong.Haha.
I was trying to change the song and editing it.
You know.Taking out all the advertisements and search box which goes along with imeem.
Been doing it for like an hour or so and i just couldn't get it right.
The old song keeps reappearing on my blog even though i deleted it-or thought i did.
Was cracking my head when i suddenly realized the tag board was bloody gone.
Bloody hell.I suddenly realized that i was deleting the tag board instead of the older song.(Ergo the new Cbox)
Took another couple of minutes to finally change the song,get the new Cbox and editing all that needs to.
It just goes to show how long i last edited my blog.Haha.

Anyway,been getting ready for the new school life to start.
Trying to complete all the paperwork that needs to be done and stuff.
Had a couple of letters and stuff from Ngee Ann.
They are having a couple of camps and it was basically a freshman camp.
Once i saw it,i just basically said to hell with it.
If you guys don't know me yet,I HATE CAMPS!
Don't ask me why cause i can't give you an answer.
I just hate it.Its nothing to do with the camps at all.
Its just something that i really dislike.
Its like i prefer butter than margarine.
Why?.I don't know.I just prefer it-that's all.Period.
So yeah.
I've planned to focus on only two things when I'm in poly.
Which is studies and soccer.
Studies because i screwed up once already.Can't afford to do it again.I really need to prove to myself that i can excel academically.
I'm not doing it for the satisfaction of anyone.Just for the satisfaction of myself.
I know that i can do it and i believe that i can.That's just the two things that i need to help me achieve what i want.
And soccer because i have not played competitively for four years now.
And i want to prove to myself that i can get into the first team even though i have the slight disadvantage.
Been working hard this past few days to get ready for the trials.
Played soccer for most of the time.Watched videos to improve my game.
Started working out intensively to get back in shape.
I'm trying to start to eat right.
I guess I'm really determined to get what i want.
Been reading up too on getting back in shape.
Hopefully that would be enough.We'll see.

I'm That Little Bit Of Hope When my Back's Against The Ropes



Okay dudes and dudets.
I'll be rating on two movies i just caught not too long ago.
"He's Just Not That Into You" and "Slumdog Millionaire".
To be honest,both movies were fantastic.
Alright then.First off.

"He's Just Not That Into You".
Well,been wanting to watch this for awhile now.
Though its not an Oscar nominated film but the casts in the movie are definitely worth watching.
You have the likes of the oh-so-gorgeous Scarlett Johansson,the beautiful as always Jennifer Aniston,Jennifer Connelly,Bradley Cooper,Justin Long,Ben Affleck,Drew Barrymore and other respectable casts.
I mean,with that kind of casts in a movie,it's definitely worth paying a few extra dollars on the tickets.
I was kinda skeptical about watching the movie at first cause it has been labeled as a 'Chick-Flick'.
But i watched Entertainment Tonight and they had a few of the actors in the film giving reasons why its not a 'Chick-Flick'.
I swear to god it was hilarious.I'm not sure if they have it on YouTube but you gotta check it out.
Well anyway,after hearing the reasons i was kinda like "Oh.What the hell."
So i caught the movie and guess what.You're never gonna believe this.
It was definitely about 99.9% 'Chick-Flick'.No doubt about it.Haha.
Well anyway,'Chick-Flick' or not i certainly enjoyed it.
So this is kinda how the story goes.(Spoiler Alert!)
P.s I kinda just copied and paste the synopsis from IMDB and added a little something of my own cause it's really difficult for me to explain it so.

Since the age of 5, Gigi (Ginnifer Goodwin) has been told that when men act like jerks, it means they like her.

Years later, Gigi is now struggling to find true love while shifting through men who are simply not interested. After her latest date, Conor (Kevin Connolly), has failed to call her, Gigi visits a bar he said he frequented in order to see him. There, she is approached by Alex (Justin Long), a friend of Conor's who works at the bar. Gigi claims she is waiting for Connor, since she needs to return a dentist's pen to him. However, Alex quickly sees through her lie, claiming Connor's dentist is his father. Gigi admits that Connor is not expecting her, and explains her confusion over his lack of response. Alex tells her that Connor isn't interested, and then takes it upon himself to explain the "signs" to Gigi.

Meanwhile, Connor, having just left his date with Gigi, calls his girlfriend Anna (Scarlett Johansson). Anna is shopping in the supermarket and runs into Ben (Bradley Cooper). He tells her to go before her in line, citing an indecision about gum as the reason. Anna tells Connor she has to go, and, as she is checking out, is awarded a cooler as a 1000th visitor gift. The two exchange numbers outside when Ben says he knows someone who can help Anna with her singing career. After a few moments of hesitation, Ben admits that he is married. The two part, and Ben walks over to a car and gets in. Neil (Ben Affleck) then asks Ben what that was about.

When Neil returns home, he is greeted by his girlfriend of seven years, Beth (Jennifer Aniston). She announces that her younger sister is getting married. Neil, who is in the kitchen making tea, tells Beth that he doesn't believe in marriage. Beth, who desperately wants to get married to Neil, doesn't understand why he dislikes the idea so much.

Ben meets his wife Janine (Jennifer Connelly) back at their new townhouse, currently being renovated.

Gigi, excited about the tips Alex gave her, eagerly shares them with her coworkers, Janine and Beth. Gigi explains that if he's interested, he'll make the first move, and if he's not, he won't. When she claims that there are exceptions, but that the majority are not, she unintentionally implies that Neil will never marry Beth, since they have been together for 7 years and they haven't married yet.

Beth confronts Neil when she goes home, saying she can't deal with it anymore. When Neil continues to refuse to get married, the two break up. But Neil doesn't want to be with anyone else, he just wants to be with Beth.

Gigi suddenly thinks that Alex likes her after all that Alex has done for her. Unfortunately, Alex doesn't feel the same way about Gigi and they both break off their friendship after Gigi told Alex that she likes him. But now, all that Alex can think about is Gigi.

While Ben knows that he can't see Anna because he is already married, both of them aren't able to stop thinking about each other. So Ben decides to call Anna and soon enough they were having a relationship though Ben is trying to fight back. Ben then admitted to his wife Janine that he is slept with another woman hoping that she would divorce him but she didn't. While Anna thought that Ben had already broken up with his wife, she soon finds out that they are still together and ends her relationship with Ben. Ben then finally gets what he wants when his wife told him that she wanted a divorce but it was too little too late.

It the end, Beth and Neil ends up together again and Neil finally propose. Alex and Gigi finally sort things out and gets into a relationship. Connor having just broke up with his girlfriend Anna soon finds himself with another woman named Mary(Drew Barrymore) who helped did his ad in the newspapers but never really met up together.

Well,i know it's complicating but that is just about how the story goes.
So,my rating for this movie is a well earned 8/10.
The movie has everything in it.
Comedy,romance,a good plot and more.
That is all you can ask for in a movie and they have truly delivered.
The casts were great. They are definitely a good choice for a 'Chick-Flick'.
And it's the kind of movie that you can definitely relate to,you know what i mean.
Like,its realistic. It may be the exact situation you are in right now.
Like,you may go out of the theatre and say "Shit.That may happen to me" or "That's the situation I'm in right now."
It's not like some movie where the guy dies and he magically reappears again at the end of the scene like out of nowhere.
You can't go like "Oh yeah.That has happen to me." Come on.Haha.
And they had this one line where it got me really thinking.
It goes like this.
"What if you meet the love of your life, are you supposed to let them pass you by?"
It may not sound so WOW right now but.
Scroll up again at the synopsis and put yourself in Ben's shoes.
It makes you think doesn't it huh?.Haha.
Anyway,how much money is worth watching this film?
I'd say that its definitely worth $10 or more if you like this genre of movies.

On to the next movie,"Slumdog Millionaire."
Racking up a whomping 8 Oscars does set it standards quite high.
So if you're expecting a fantastic movie,i think you have finally found one.
Though the actors and actresses are relatively unheard of and are mostly form India,they pulled it off just like any other pro in my opinion.
Basically,this is how the story goes.

Slumdog Millionaire is the story of Jamal Malik (Patel), an 18 year-old orphan from the slums of Mumbai, who is about to experience the biggest day of his life. With the whole nation watching, he is just one question away from winning a staggering 20 million rupees on India's "Who Wants To Be A Millionaire?"

But when the show breaks for the night, police arrest him on suspicion of cheating; how could a street kid know so much? Desperate to prove his innocence, Jamal tells the story of his life in the slum where he and his brother grew up, of their adventures together on the road, of vicious encounters with local gangs, and of Latika (Pinto), the girl he loved and lost. Each chapter of his story reveals the key to the answer to one of the game shows questions.

Each chapter of Jamal's increasingly layered story reveals where he learned the answers to the shows seemingly impossible quizzes. But one question remains a mystery: what is this young man with no apparent desire for riches really doing on the game show?

When the new day dawns and Jamal returns to answer the final question, the Inspector and sixty million viewers are about to find out. At the heart of its storytelling lies the question of how anyone comes to know the things they know about life and love.

With a synopsis like that,i bet you are really interested in what the movie turns out to be.
The movie has all the elements in it.
Romance,suspense,mystery and curiousness.
The movie was surprisingly well shot. The plot was something original and fresh which was fantastic.
Yes,it had the Indian accent and all which may make it a little hard to understand but you'll figure it out.
It's the kind of movie which touches your heart. It makes you realise things that you have never seen before and it allows you to open your eyes to see the world in another country.
I know some of you may just catch the movie to see what the hype is all about but I'm sure you won't regret it.
So,my rating for this movie is a high 9/10. All i can say is that it is definitely one of the movies worth catching.
How much to spend on this movie you ask?.
Well it has won 8 Oscars and has all the big A-listers talking about it ergo i think the movie is priceless.

But i must say,watching the movie wasn't a pleasant experience for me.
It's not the movie that wasn't pleasant.
It was the guy beside me that was unpleasant.
And I'm not talking about being rude unpleasant or anything like that.
I'm talking about unpleasant smell that was coming off from that guy.
Yeah you heard me.UNPLEASANT SMELL!
Good god. That fat guy had really bad body odour man.
I swear to god this is how he smelled like.
Do you know the smell when you accidentally stepped on dog poo?
It's bad right.
Well this was worse.
He had a mixture of smell believe it or not.
He smelled of dog poo plus the smell of sweat.
And to top it all off,he had a big bag of popcorn which also gave out a stench.
So basically he smelled like dog poo plus sweat plus popcorn.
Yeah,you may be laughing now but when you do smell it.
You wouldn't even want to breathe not to mention laugh.
So believe me when i tell you this,i was practically covering my nose with my fingers all the way through the movie.And i mean literally.
And i was leaning away from him and all hoping that he would get a clue or something.
Well i mean,I'm not expecting him to whip out a deodorant or something but maybe just head down to the lavatory and freshen up a bit you know.
Or hopefully he would just leave the theatre or something.That would have been better.
But nope.No sign of him moving whatsoever.
And this guy was really huge and his hand took up most of the arm rest.
I mean,come on.Normal people would have at least the courtesy of splitting it 50 50 like you take half and i take half kinda thing.
But his giant arm was covering the whole arm rest and believe it or not,the arm rest wasn't big enough for him.
I mean like dude,man.Come on.
It's bad enough that you smell bad but at least have the courtesy of sharing the arm rest man.
Well that was one experience i never want to have again.
Oh well.
Till then.
